There is nothing more disappointing than arriving at the studio and realizing you are missing something important required in order for us to tattoo or pierce you. Here is a checklist to help make sure you are ready to go.

FAQ

Cancellation Policy for Piercing

We understand that situations arise where you may need to reschedule your appointment. We simply ask that you give us 24 hour notification and we will happily reschedule your appointment, and transfer your booking fee to your new appointment date.

Canceling without this notice or not showing up for your appointment will result in paying the REMAINDER of the service fee related to your piercing service.

Since all of our piercing services are by appointment, arriving late can hinder our ability to have enough time to pierce you and still be on time for the folks scheduled after you. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment this could result in cancellation to your appointment, resulting in a cancellation fee charge of the REMAINDER of the service fee.

Cancellation/deposit Policy for Tattoos

Tattoo artists do a TREMENDOUS amount of work on the back end of your tattoo service that they are not paid for until the services are rendered. If you do not show up for your appointment or you cancel unexpectedly this affects their livelihood.

Deposits are taken to secure your tattoo APPOINTMENT. While deposits are non-refundable they can be TRANSFERRED to a new appointment date with the same artist, only if you give 48 hours notice. Deposits do go towards the cost of your tattoo.

Some artists may charge a drawing fee for large custom designs. This goes towards the many hours involved in designing custom pieces and is a service fee of its own. It does not go towards the cost of the tattoo.

Canceling without 48 hours notice, coming to your appointment with a sunburn, Not having valid ID day of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of your initial booking deposit. YOu will then need to pay a new deposit to book your next appointment.

We understand that things come up UNEXPECTEDLY and sometimes you cannot give proper notice. That is no problem, just reach out and let your artist know. They will happily reschedule for a later date and keep your INITIAL deposit.  you will need to pay a new booking fee for that next appointment.

*Reach out to your tattoo artist to find more details on their specific policy, or with any other questions you may have.
